Praetor has two distinctly different types of actions:
These primary actions are listed in the top-most window. They are mutually exclusive so only one can be selected. For each rule, there must be only one such terminal action chosen. And once the action is performed, Praetor has disposed the message; no further actions can or will be taken on that message.
The terminal actions are:
These actions may be selected in any combination. They are performed before the terminal action. The list includes:
the message
the message to a specific folder
the message to training type and training folder
Insert Text at the beginning or end (e.g. disclaimers),
Add or Set X- message header field and its useful variants

This action will cause the message to be delivered to its ultimate destination, either to the local recipient for inbound messages from the Internet, or to the Internet recipient for outbound messages from the local sender.

This action will cause a message file copy to be placed in:
Praetor Archive directory whose path is typically C:\Program Files\CMS Praetor G2\Archive.
A named path that you can specify.
A particular training type (Bad, Good, or Unsure) and training folder (Waiting Review or Ready to Train)
Prepend a prefix to the subject |

This action will cause the specified prefix to be inserted at the beginning of the original subject.
Quarantine |

This action will cause the message file to be moved to the restricted Praetor Quarantine directory. The full path is C:\Program Files\CMS Praetor G2\Quar.
Reject |

This action will delete the message and nothing will be sent to its intended recipient. No recovery of the message is possible.
