Why your email was refused

XE-Filter Refusal Code Explanations

So Your eMail Message Was Refused

An email was sent to a correspondent whose mail server is protected by XE-Filter from Computer Mail Services, Inc.

The refusal of the email was based on email policies in place on the receiving email server and enforced by XE-Filter.

The non-delivery report (NDR) you received contains a 3-letter refusal code (DNS, IPB, IPC or SBL) followed by text that includes the URL for this page.

What To Do Now

Telephone your correspondent, inform them of the refusal code you received and request that your email address be added to the XE-Filter Sender Whitelist.
