Use "File->Open..." to select a log file generated by Microsoft Exchange / IIS SMTP Virtual Server.

These files must be in the W3C log format with all the available extended properties.

Once opened, the log entries will be organized as nodes in the left pane representing inbound and outbound traffic while a message summary list appears in the right pane.
