Base License
Every XE-Filter installation requires the purchase of a base license,
determined by the number of mailboxes to be protected.
Purchase of a base license includes 1 year of
database and software updates.
LICENSING NOTE
All XE-Filters base licenses are for use with
one mail server
only.
If these mailboxes are on multiple servers,
additional XE-Filter server licenses must be purchased.

Support Renewal
When the initial XE-Filter 1 year support period
expires, updates are renewable on a yearly basis.
Renewal notices are sent to registered XE-Filter customers
30 to 45 days before expiration.
NOTE
To determine your current license level, examine
your mailbox directory to obtain a current user
count. This value determines the RENEWAL
LEVEL for your organization.

Additional Server License
For XE-Filter sites requiring mailbox protection on more than one mail
server, additional licenses are required.
Additional servers must be on the same network as
the base license server.
