I was so surprised to get your Thank You card. That was so very nice of you. I
don't get them from my own family sometimes. Thank you for taking the time and
consideration to show your appreciation. It was such a nice touch.
Now that we are purchasing the Praetor software I would like to say that from
day one the software saved us from so many problems. In fact on the day we
downloaded the evaluation copy we received an email from our internet provider
saying that they got a spam complaint against us and if not resolved they were
going to terminate service.
What was going on was someone was using our mail server as a relay to send out
their spam mail. Praetor caught this and stopped it cold. Not to mention all the
spam that is being blocked now. It's working for us on all levels. It's a
great investment for our company.
Also, your technical department is great and very helpful. Response time is very quick. We are very
happy with your product.
Just a quick question. Do you recommend us sending to you any spam addresses or
domains so that you can review them for future upgrades?
