The Kentucky Hospital Association recently updated CMS on how Praetor has
continued to dramatically cut their
unwanted email.

It works GREAT! I have not had any problems with it since the latest update and only
minor ones beforehand!
The last 7 days:

6285 Junk Messages (60% of inbound)
5403 Automatically Rejected (rejected by RBL, SMTP blacklist, or reject filter rule)
882 Quarantined/Rejected
The percentage of junk to valid messages keep growing! Just
two months ago it was 50%!
