A CMS Praetor Annual Support Contract provides corporations and
organizations with the following benefits:

in the USA) access to CMS technical support (9:00 am to
6:00 pm ET, Monday through Friday). |

Priority placement in the support queue. |

 |
Optionally grant
remote access to CMS Support Technicians to troubleshoot issues. |

Access to the private
CMS FTP site. |
|
 |
Email notifications of new revisions. |
|
 |
Access to all product revisions, minor
(v2.x to v2.y) and major (v2.z to 3.0). |
Every Praetor purchase
initially includes 3 months of free technical support . In
addition, 1 year of technical support must also be purchased. So every
new Praetor license receives 15 months of technical support.
After this period, technical support is renewable on an annual basis for
20% of the then current license price for the total accumulated users.
The minimum support renewal price is $100 US. |
