received during normal business hours, is typically processed with hours
of its receipt and usually much sooner.
A CMS Sales
Representative will send the media "electronically" to the appropriate
contact person's email address at the company. This email message

Since CMS sends the Praetor media electronically, the CMS accounting
department mails the invoice to appropriate contact at the company
as a receipt of the purchase
