To continue to maintain a valid Praetor License Agreement,  it is necessary to contact the CMS Sales Department to purchase a "Praetor User Add-On License". 

The "Add-On License" will have a prorated the annual support price and support period that coincides with the end date of the company's existing contract.

CMS checks with the customer at the time of the Praetor Annual Support Contract renewal to see if corporate growth has caused them to exceed their Praetor User License.
