Does Praetor work in conjunction with Real-Time Virus Scanners on the same machine?

If the virus scanner operates as another IIS SMTP Server Event Sink like Praetor (e.g. Symantec AntiVirus), then it is compatible. The same would be true if the virus scanner directly tests the messages in the message store, Exchange or Domino.

If the virus scanner is file-based, then file contention issues will arise so you must exclude the two subdirectories on the hard disk using the appropriate drive letter:

		"\Program Files\CMS Praetor G2"
		"\InetPub\Mailroot"
